General Terms1. Please be polite and mind your manners when commissioning me. Being rude or disrespectful will only result in your order being cancelled
2. I have the right to cancel your order if i:
ㅤ- I’m unable to draw your commission
ㅤ- I do not feel comfortable
3. TAT is 1-4 weeks guaranteed unless told otherwise
4. Provide clear and enough picture references. I accept text as references to some extent, on the other hand sketch/doodles are encouraged.
5. Strictly no major changes upon starting of the rendering process
6. No commercial and AI usage nor any form of cryptocurrency/blockchain purpose.
7. Files of the illustration will be sent via email, this includes a full resolution image(PNG), with and without watermark
8. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service and is expected to follow them.ㅤㅤ
Payment & Refunds1. I only accept payment through Kofi(USD)
2. I will start working on your order when i’ve received the full payment
3. There will be additional fee depending on the design/details and complexity of the order
4. A maximum of 3 free revisions after the sketch has been approved, following revisions will cost extra fee ($5)
5. For commission intended for commercial usage will cost double the base price
6. If the payment is not made within 7 days, it will be cancelled immediately
7. Maximum of 2 characters per order, price will increase 75- 100%
8. No rushing unless the deadline has been told upon placing the order. Rushed commission will cost extra charges
9. Refunds are allowed if i didn’t send updates for 3 monthsㅤㅤ
Copyright / Usage PolicyAs the artist, I have every right to the produced artwork.
Meaning:• I am allowed to:
ㅤ- Promote myself with the artwork on other media or website
ㅤ- Post the said art work anywhere i wantㅤㅤ
As the client, you are allowed to :ㅤ- Claim the character but not the artwork itself
ㅤ- Use the artwork for your personal use
ㅤ- Repost the said artwork on other as long as you give me proper creditㅤ
You are not allowed to:ㅤ- Reproduce/use the artwork for commercial use or making profit out of it in anyway. This applies to commissions that are not intended for commercial usage.
ㅤ- Remove my watermark/signature
ㅤ- Edit or alter/change the artwork without my permission
